I have received excellent care , above and beyond what I expected, when I had my CT scan at The Alexandra Hospital on 9/2/24. Mizra, André and Dr. Rajashanker gave me the very best care and worked late in order to complete my scan that day. They all really showed me that they cared a lot about my health condition. The Oncology department have been amazing, from the informative appointments with Eliane to my 3 weekly chemo with the nurses. They make visiting a pleasure and always keep things lighthearted. I also feel looked after, Ange and Abbie in particular have been great ! It’s my last session in 3 weeks, and although I won’t miss the chemo, I’ll miss the nurses ! Thanks for such a super experience. Would recommend to anyone who has to embark on this difficult journey. Thankyou.

In The Lancaster hospital for 2 nights, very comfortable room, very caring staff, great food, and a very happy atmosphere. Excellent in all areas from consultant, anaesthetist, ward staff, physiotherapists, nurses and support staff. I will recommend The Lancaster hospital to anyone.

I visited the bath clinic Oncology Department on 6 occasions for CLL, one approaches this with some apprehension but the whole experience was a pleasure and my main emotion was disappointment when I could no longer attend the clinic due to the fact that my CLL was successfully treated. The team led by Sonia included Nicky, Louise and the nice lady that brought me a sandwich at lunch, all were highly efficient and had the great ability to be able to smile. The whole experience was success!

Excellent surgeon. Excellent pre op and post op care. Very empathetic and kind staff both as in patient and outpatient physiotherapy. A great job replacing my hip. Life changing. Highly recommended!
